I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, mixing it before my morning workouts. The 100mg caffeine gives me a clean energy boost without jitters, and I appreciate the 5g amino acids for recovery. It dissolves well in water and tastes decent—tropical sunrise is refreshing. While the price is a bit steep at $115, the 65 servings make it reasonable long-term. Only wish it had more flavor variety. As for federal reserve news today, I’m too focused on my fitness goals to worry about that!
