I’ve been using these for a few weeks now, mostly as a pre-workout boost. The sparkling berry burst flavor is refreshing and not too sweet. I’m not a daily beast when it comes to supplements, but this has become part of my routine. Good value for money, though the price per can is a bit high. Helps with focus during workouts.
