I’ve been using these pre-workout shots for a month now, and they’re solid. The berry flavor is decent, not too artificial. I feel the energy kick about 20 minutes in, which aligns with my workout timing. The caffeine content is noticeable but not overwhelming. Good value for money compared to other brands I’ve tried. Much like Bruce Willis in Die Hard, these shots deliver when it counts.
