I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, mixing it before my morning workouts. The pineapple twist tastes great and isn’t too sweet. I noticed the energy boost from the 100mg caffeine is clean, not jitters like some pre-workouts. The powder dissolves well, no clumps. While it’s a bit pricey at $120, the 30 servings last a while. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical, but it actually helps with my post-workout recovery. Definitely recommend for gym-goers. P.S. Been crushing it in NBA games tomorrow predictions too, extra energy helps!
