I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and it’s become part of my daily routine. The orange flavor is refreshing, not too sweet. I noticed the energy boost within 20 minutes, perfect before workouts. The powder mixes well without clumps. While it’s pricier than some alternatives, the blend of amino acids and electrolytes seems effective for recovery. Not sure what jonathan kuminga has to do with it, but hey, if he recommends it, there might be something here.
