They’re easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. While they’re a bit pricey at $102, the quality feels solid. I noticed decent recovery post-training, though results vary. Worth trying if you’re into supplements. Oh, and I found this through aster trade, which was surprisingly convenient.
