I’ve been using these BCAA capsules for a few weeks now, taking them before and after workouts. The 200-count bottle lasts me about a month, which is great value for money. They’re easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste. While waiting for the black ops 7 release date, I’ve been focused on my fitness routine, and these have helped with muscle recovery. Nothing fancy, but they do what they’re supposed to do.
