I’ve been using these BCAA capsules for a few weeks now, mainly before and after my workouts. The 2:1:1 ratio seems to help with muscle recovery, and I haven’t experienced any stomach issues. The capsules are easy to swallow and the dosage is straightforward. While they’re a bit pricey, the quality feels solid. Not sure what ‘guise’ has to do with supplements, but hey, they work. Definitely better than skipping my amino acids!
