I’ve been using this pineapple twist flavor for a few weeks now, and it’s become my go-to pre-workout drink. The 5g of amino acids and 100mg of caffeine give me a clean energy boost without jitters. It’s sugar-free, so no crash afterward. The taste is refreshing, though I wish it came in more flavors. Not sure what Jennifer Lawrence has to do with it, but hey, if she’s endorsing it, she’s onto something! Good value for money.
