I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, mixing it before my morning workouts. The energy boost is noticeable but not jarring, and I like that it has zero sugar. The orange flavor is decent, though a bit artificial. It dissolves well in water, and I appreciate the amino acid support for recovery. Not the cheapest option, but the quality seems solid. Would recommend for pre-workout energy. No issues with clumping or taste. Great for staying energized during long sessions.
