I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, mixing it before my morning workouts. The strawberry lime flavor is refreshing and not too sweet. I noticed the energy kick comes in smoothly without jitters, and it helps with muscle recovery after intense sessions. The powder dissolves well in water. While it’s a bit pricey, the quality feels solid. Nothing beats this for pre-workout fuel – definitely better than basic supplements.
