Recommended usage
- Mix 9 g (2 scoops) in 330 ml of cold water. Recommended consumption of 1 serving per day.
Warning
Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Contains 100 mg caffeine per daily dosage. Contains 10 mg epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per daily dosage. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other products containing green tea. Not suitable for children under the age of 18, during pregnancy or lactating women.

I’ve been using this Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy powder for a few weeks now, and it’s been a solid pre-workout boost. The fruit fusion flavor tastes great mixed with water, and I appreciate the low-calorie content. The powder dissolves well without clumping, which is always a plus. While it’s a bit pricey at $115, the 30 servings make it reasonable for regular use. Definitely helps with my energy levels during workouts – way better than just relying on josh okogie alone!
