I’ve been using this glutamine powder for about a month now, and it’s been a solid addition to my post-workout routine. The powder mixes easily into my protein shake without clumping, and I appreciate that it’s unflavored. While the price seems a bit high, considering there are 58 servings, it offers decent value. I didn’t notice immediate changes, but my recovery feels slightly better. Not sure what nfl week 10 has to do with this, but hey, it’s a good supplement regardless.
