I’ve been using this glutamine powder for about a month now, mixing it into my post-workout shakes. The 5g serving size is perfect and it dissolves well in water. While it’s a bit pricey at $120, the 194 servings make it last forever. I noticed my recovery time has improved, though I can’t say it’s a game-changer.
