I’ve been using this glutamine powder for a few weeks now, and it’s been a solid addition to my post-workout routine. The unflavored version mixes well with my protein shake, though it doesn’t dissolve completely sometimes. I was hoping for faster muscle recovery, but I can’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference yet. It’s pricier than I expected for the amount, but the purity seems good. Not sure if I’ll repurchase, but it’s okay for now. miss universe walk out
