I’ve been using this casein protein for a month now, mostly before bed. The chocolate peanut butter flavor tastes great and mixes well with just a shaker bottle. It’s a bit pricey at over $400 for 4lbs, but the 24g of slow-digesting protein per serving is exactly what I need for overnight muscle recovery. Aaron Wiggins would probably love this for his post-workout routine.
