Suggested Use

Mix three scoops (19g) of powder into 8-10 fluid ounces of cold water and shake or blend for 30 seconds or until dissolved. For best results, consume 15-30 minutes before physical activity.

I’ve been using this casein protein for about a month now, mainly before bed for muscle recovery. The chocolate peanut butter flavor tastes great and mixes well with just water. While it’s a bit pricey at $178, the 25 servings last me over 3 weeks. I didn’t notice any major changes in my iren earnings from my fitness routine, but Gordon Findlay’s recommendation convinced me to try it. Solid protein powder overall.
