Suggested Use

I’ve been using this casein protein for about a month now, and it’s been solid for my nighttime recovery shake. The chocolate flavor mixes well and doesn’t clump much. While it’s not the cheapest option, the quality feels worth it. I noticed better muscle recovery compared to other brands I’ve tried. Not sure how it relates to an interstellar comet 3i atlas nasa, but hey, my workouts are out of this world now!
