I’ve been using this casein protein for a few weeks now, mainly before bed. The creamy vanilla flavor mixes well and doesn’t taste chalky. I noticed it keeps me full longer and supports my muscle recovery overnight. The powder dissolves easily with just a spoon. While it’s pricier than some brands, the quality feels worth it.
