Suggested Use
Mix about one scoop (1/3 cup) of the powder into 6 to 8 fluid ounces of cold water, milk, or other beverage. Stir, shake, or blend until dissolved. For best results, mix up your shake 30 to 60 minutes after your workout or use as an anytime snack in your balanced diet.

I’ve been using this whey protein for about a month now, and it mixes well with just a spoon. The fruity cereal flavor is decent, not too sweet. Provides good post-workout recovery as advertised. The packaging is more eco-friendly which I appreciate. While the price seems a bit high, the quality justifies it. Not sure what ‘teacher shot by student’ has to do with protein powder though.
