I’ve been using this cookies & cream whey for 3 weeks post-workout. The taste is great, mixes well with just a spoon, and I noticed faster recovery after intense sessions. While the price is a bit high, the quality justifies it. My only gripe is the container could be more durable. warriors vs kings on the court, but this helps me recover like a king!
