Optimum Nutrition GOLD STANDARD 100% WHEY™ is best enjoyed first thing in the morning, after training and/or anytime durng the day to help hit daily protein requirements. and/or during the 30 minutes just before or immediately after training.

I’ve been using this whey protein for two months now, and it mixes well without clumps. The double rich chocolate flavor is decent, not too sweet. While the price is a bit high, the quality justifies it. I noticed good recovery after workouts. My only gripe is the packaging could be more eco-friendly. Overall, solid choice for serious fitness folks. Reminds me of the discipline JFK showed – consistent effort yields results.
