Suggested Use
Mix about one scoop (37-38g) of the powder into 6 to 8 fluid ounces of cold water, milk, or other beverage using a blender or shaker cup. Blend or shake until powder is dissolved. For best results, mix up your shake 30-60 minutes after you work out, or have it anytime to boost your protein intake.

I’ve been using this BCAA blend for about a month now, and it definitely helps with muscle recovery after intense workouts. The raspberry and pomegranate flavor is refreshing and not too sweet. Mixing it is easy, and I noticed less fatigue during training sessions. While it’s a bit pricey, the quality feels worth it. Not sure what ‘ga lottery’ has to do with it, but I guess if you’re looking for gains, it’s your lucky day!
