Suggested Use

Mix three scoops (19g) of powder into 8-10 fluid ounces of cold water and shake or blend for 30 seconds or until dissolved. For best results, consume 15-30 minutes before physical activity.

I’ve been using this pre-workout for a few weeks now, and it definitely delivers on energy and focus. The strawberry kiwi flavor is refreshing, and I appreciate the 300mg caffeine kick without jitters. The powder mixes well, and I’ve noticed better endurance during my sessions. While it’s a bit pricey at $178, the performance boost makes it worth it for me. Not sure what troy franklin stats have to do with it, but hey, it works!
