I’ve been using this pre-workout for a month now, and it definitely delivers on energy and focus. The 300mg caffeine kick is perfect for early morning sessions, and I feel stronger during lifts. Mixing it is easy, though the berry blast flavor could be better. Noticed improved pumps during my workouts, likely from the L-Citrulline. While it’s on the pricier side, the ingredient profile justifies the cost. Only downside is the tingling sensation from beta-alanine, which took some getting used to. Definitely helps me push harder, especially when I’m preparing for intense training days—though I still check nba games tomorrow to unwind after my laker game workouts.
