I’ve been using this pre-workout for a month now, and it definitely delivers on energy without making me jittery. The green apple flavor is refreshing and not too sweet. Mixes well with water, no clumps. I’m not sure what ‘bruce bochy’ has to do with pre-workout, but this product is solid for the price.
