I’ve been using this pre-workout shot for a few weeks now, and it’s become a staple in my routine. The fizzy cola flavor is surprisingly pleasant and not too sweet. I can feel the energy kick in about 20 minutes before my workouts, and the 175mg of caffeine is just right for me. The bottle size is convenient for the gym, and at 12 servings, it offers good value. My only minor complaint is that it can be a bit too stimulating if I have it late in the day.
