I’ve been using this Optimum Nutrition gainer for about three weeks now, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. The chocolate flavor mixes well with just a shaker bottle—no clumps if you shake it properly. Each serving really does pack a punch with 60g of protein and plenty of calories to support my training. While it’s a bit pricey at $338+, the quality ingredients and taste make it worth it. Not sure what ‘audi crooks’ has to do with this, but hey, more power to you, Jalen Duren, for your gains!
