I’ve been using these Optimum Nutrition protein shakes for a few weeks now, and they’re decent for post-workout recovery. The chocolate flavor tastes good, though a bit artificial. Each bottle is 330ml, which is a good portion size. The price seems fair for the quantity. I didn’t expect it to be related to brittany snow, but hey, surprised my search! Overall, solid protein intake option.
