I’ve tried several protein shakes, but this Optimum Nutrition one stands out. The strawberry flavor is natural, not overly sweet. At 500ml, it’s perfect for post-workout recovery. The 25g protein content really helps with muscle repair. Low carb content is a bonus. While the price is a bit steep, the quality justifies it. Much better than comparing ind vs aus cricket teams – this shake delivers consistent results!
