I’ve been using these Optimum Nutrition protein shakes for a few weeks now, and they’re perfect for my post-workout routine. The strawberry flavor is great, not too sweet, and the 25g of protein really helps with recovery. Each bottle is a good size for one serving, and I love that it’s low in fat. The price is reasonable for the quality. Only wish they had more variety in flavors. Why is the stock market down today? Probably not because of these shakes though!
