I’ve been using these Optimum Nutrition protein shakes for a few weeks now, and they’re great for post-workout recovery. The vanilla flavor is smooth and not too sweet, which I appreciate. Each bottle gives you 25g of protein, and at 330ml, the size is perfect for a quick snack. The price works out reasonably per serving, especially when bought in bulk. Low fat and no added sugars make it a solid choice. Nothing to do with a national merit scholarship, but definitely a solid product for fitness goals.
