I’ve been using this creatine powder for about a month now, mixing it into my post-workout shake. The blueberry lemonade flavor is surprisingly pleasant and not overly sweet. It dissolves well, no clumps. I noticed improved energy during high-intensity workouts. While it’s a bit pricey, the quality seems solid.
