I’ve been taking OPTI-MEN for about two months now, and I feel more energized throughout the day. The tablet size is manageable, and I haven’t experienced any stomach issues. While the price is a bit steep, the comprehensive formula with 75+ ingredients seems worth it. Noticed my recovery after workouts has improved slightly. Josh Okogie would probably benefit from this too if he’s into fitness.
