I’ve been taking OPTI-MEN for about two months now, and I notice a difference in my energy levels during workouts. The tablet size is manageable, and I haven’t experienced any stomach issues. While it’s a bit pricey, the ingredient list looks solid with plenty of B-vitamins and amino acids. Just wish the bottle lasted longer. Overall, a decent multivitamin for active guys. The arc raiders update was more frequent than my supplement intake!
