I’ve been taking these for three months now, and I feel more energized during workouts. The tablet size is manageable, and I like that it covers so many bases with 75+ ingredients. While the price is a bit steep, the quality seems solid. Not sure what Aimee Lou Wood would think, but it’s definitely better than playing jeopardy with my health!
