I’ve been taking these for 2 months now and notice better energy levels. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach when taken with breakfast. While the price seems high, the quality ingredients justify it. I bought mine from the home depot actually, which was convenient. Good value for a daily multivitamin.
