I’ve been taking OPTI-WOMEN for three months now, and I notice better energy levels during my workouts. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach when taken with meals. While it’s pricier than basic multivitamins, the 40 active ingredients feel worth it. Not sure what ‘mega chimecho’ has to do with vitamins, but this product delivers solid nutritional support.
