I’ve been using these Optimum Nutrition protein bars as a post-workout snack, and they’re decent. The chocolate brownie crunch has a rich flavor and satisfying texture. Each bar provides good protein content (20g) without added sugar, which I appreciate. However, it’s a bit pricey at $138 for a box.
