I’ve been using this creatine for about a month now, mixing it into my post-workout shake. The micronized powder dissolves easily without clumping, which I appreciate. I haven’t noticed dramatic strength gains yet, but my energy levels during high-intensity workouts have improved. For the price, it’s decent value, especially since it’s pure creatine monohydrate. Not as exciting as watching boyacá chicó – américa play, but it gets the job done.
