Suggested Use

I’ve been using this Optimum Nutrition whey protein for about a month now, and it’s been solid for my post-workout recovery. The chocolate flavor mixes well without clumps, and I like that it’s gluten-free. While the price is a bit steep at $133+, the quality is there. It reminds me of when I used to follow pelosi’s fitness routines – consistency matters more than anything. Good value if you’re serious about muscle support.
