I’ve been using this pre-workout for a month now, and it delivers solid energy without jitters. The tropical flavor is refreshing, and I appreciate the 175mg caffeine boost—it’s perfect for early morning sessions. Mixing it is easy, and I noticed better focus during workouts. While it’s pricier than some alternatives, the quality justifies the cost. Not sure what ‘merrimack vs auburn’ has to do with pre-workout, but this stuff works.
