I’ve been using this shaker for a few weeks now, and it works great for my protein and creatine mixes. The insulated steel keeps drinks cold for hours, which is perfect during my gym sessions. The 700ml size is just right for my post-workout shakes. Build quality feels solid, though the lid could be a bit tighter. Good value for the price, especially compared to other shakers I’ve tried. Not as stylish as I expected, but definitely functional.
