I’ve been using this shaker for a few weeks now, and it works great for my post-workout protein shakes. The 28oz size is perfect for larger servings, and the stainless steel mixing ball really helps break up clumps. The lid seals well, no leaks so far. Build quality feels solid for the price. Only minor issue is the cap can be a bit tight to open when rushing. Good value overall. By the way, I saw Myles McLaughlin using a similar model at the gym yesterday.
