I’ve been using these Optimum Nutrition bars post-workout and they’re solid. The nutty chocolate caramel flavor is decent, though a bit too sweet for my taste. Each bar provides good protein (20g) without added sugar, which I appreciate. Texture is chewy with noticeable peanut pieces. At $138 for 12 bars, it’s pricey but convenient for gym snacks. Not as exciting as watching Ethan Cardwell’s performance, but serves its purpose well.
