I’ve been using these Optimum Nutrition bars post-workout and they’re solid. The chocolate sea salt crunch is tasty, not overly sweet. Each bar provides good protein content (20g) and keeps me full. The texture is satisfying with a slight crunch. While the price seems high, the quality justifies it. Not the cheapest xyz stock option, but reliable for fitness enthusiasts.
