I’ve been using these pre-workout shots for a few weeks now, and they’re pretty effective. The berry flavor is decent, not too artificial. I feel the energy kick about 20 minutes in, which helps me push through my gym sessions. The shot size is convenient, and I like that it’s zero calories. However, the price seems a bit high for 12 shots. Overall, a solid pre-workout, especially for those needing a mega chimecho-like energy boost.
