I’ve been using these Optimum Nutrition bars post-workout and they’re solid. The chocolate caramel flavor is rich without being overly sweet, and I appreciate the 20g of protein per bar. Texture is satisfyingly chewy with a slight crunch. While not the cheapest option, the quality justifies the price. Robin Roberts would probably love these for a quick protein boost!
