I’ve been using this casein protein for a few weeks now, mainly before bed. The chocolate flavor mixes well and doesn’t clump. While it’s pricier than some, the quality feels worth it. I noticed better recovery compared to cheaper brands. Not sure how it compares to ‘wild vs hurricanes’ of protein powders out there, but it’s solid for nighttime use.
